Radio Frequency

What is Radio Frequency?

Radio Frequency gives exceptional skin tightening results for those areas that can’t be targeted at the gym. Gentle waves of radio frequency are passed into the skin, creating comfortable heat in the lower layers. This heat kick starts the skin functions which slow down with age, effectively making the skin behave as if it were younger. This leads to a tightening of elastin fibres, more collagen production which continues long after the treatment has ended and increased turnover of skin cells.

Absolutely. Combining Radio Frequency with CACI treatments can enhance and accelerate your results. RF focuses on tightening the skin and boosting collagen production, while CACI uses microcurrent technology to tone facial muscles and lift contours. Together, they deliver a more lifted, sculpted, and youthful appearance.

Many clients choose to alternate treatments or combine them within a tailored treatment plan for optimal results.

For optimal, long-lasting results, we recommend a course of six treatments, followed by a maintenance session every 4–6 weeks. This structured approach maximises collagen and elastin production, ensuring your skin continues to look firmer, smoother, and more youthful over time.

Think of it as an investment in your skin—because the more collagen you build, the better your results become.
